Understanding the Rule of Thirds in Wedding Photography
At the core, weddings may appear all the same yet are very different when it comes to how you photograph them. You will find yourself working in various locations with different lighting situations and with all kinds of people. And depending on these and a host of other factors, you will be taking photos in different styles too. While there is no one magic rule of photography, there are certain rules of composition that are ingrained in you as a wedding photographer. One such rule is the rule of thirds. And today, we will talk more about how it may work with respect to wedding photography. But remember, while it is called the rule of thirds, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it can’t be bent for your visual story to have a meaningful impact on the viewer.
